Iceberg Drive Inn - Spanish Fork

"Iceberg has definitely changed, maybe it’s just this location…Onion rings were over fried and tasted burnt, chicken strips were teeny tiny and had more batter on them then chicken and were also over fried, our kids couldn’t finish their burgers because they said it didn’t taste like a burger, fries were as expected, POG shakes were good. We ended up throwing away just about everything except the shakes."

"Spanish Fork Iceberg is the Worst place to work. My daughter was let go they said that they were super slow and didn't need very many people to work anymore. Then the next day she texted a supervisor and wanted to know why they were still hiring people, she was told that because corporate told them to fire all the original staff. So this was excuse #2. Then it doesn't stop there, come to find out just the supervisor, who is only 19, was talking bad about her to the workers. Let me tell you, we went and ate there one night, and there was a kid named Carson when he brought out our food to us, just threw it on the table and walked away. I don't know how my daughter works. And she has an odd personality. But I know that this isn't why you cut someone's hours or fires them. That this place is horrible. I have talked to many people and they also will not support this restaurant."

"We were so happy when Iceberg finally opened! The burgers are AMAZING as are the milkshakes! We are currently addicted to the bubblegum flavored shakes right now, but the almond joy one is also delicious! We highly recommend going to Iceberg! You will not be disappointed."

"We went in. There were 4 of us. We didn’t order anything too complicated. I politely asked if instead of an ice cream with the kids meal, could I do a shake? No we don’t do that. Oh ok. Well I don’t eat ice cream, can I have a bigger drink? And Carsten the cashier told me he would have to charge me for a bigger cup, and I have to take the ice cream. Also, my drink cup had a huge hole in the bottom, had to wait forever because I was being ignored. I couldn’t even order the food I wanted cause “we don’t do special requests”. So much for having a safe food. 0/10 stars do not go there if you want to make a simple request. They don’t do that."
