"SO MUCH FOOD FOR A GREAT PRICE. quick service. Chicken was decent. Beef was really good. Enough food in a regular plate to feed a family of 3."
"The food is fantastic, I go every Thursday. However, the cook that is there is has been extremely rude. I love Osaka but I won't be returning to this location anymore due to the rude behavior. I am a regular and love the food but won't tolerate being treated with disrespect!"
"The food doesn’t taste the same anymore, I’ve been coming here since I moved to Orem in 2018 and I loved this place! It was delicious and cheap! Now the food tastes so bad, and the new workers were very rude to me. Don’t waste your money here."
"Have been going here for so many years, probably since I was 6. I loved this place because the food tasted amazing and was so fresh but maybe a month ago or so they started renovating and I think recently they just reopened again. The owners/workers look different so I think they changed owners. I didn’t think much of it but when I tried the food I wanted to cry. It didn’t taste the same as before, I couldn’t believe the drastic change. Like how do you change the flavor of noodles? Is that even possible? The chicken didn’t even have any flavor. It was so dry and tasted burnt even though it wasn’t burnt. I’m no food expert but I saw that they were cooking/heating the noodles in the same place they use to cook raw meat like the chicken? Like they were right next to each other? Isn’t that cross contamination? Luckily I didn’t get any food poisoning but still. I really miss the old original food they would make. I also miss the owners. The food now doesn’t even taste fresh it’s like they changed the recipe somehow or just made it worse somehow. Doesn’t taste authentic. Tastes like McDonald’s"
"I love the beef and chicken teriyaki on noodles the best! So good, big portions. I have been to so many Asian restaurants around the valley if not all. Only place that has the delicious taste and style I have been looking for. I will be back!"
