"Coming here with my girlfriend once or twice a week. Welcoming staff and so far the food quality was great. Some of the staff started recognizing us every time. Very sociable employees. Especially highlighting Alejandro, great guy."

"Pros: friendly staff, fresh ingredients Cons: every meal has such a small amount of meat it's horrible! If you ask for more, they'll charge you $4 for another couple tablespoons of meat, I'm not kidding. Check out how much meat they put on my salad: three small cubes the size of quarters. How embarrassing! At that point your advertisement is false due to the photos showing generous amounts of meat for each meal. The soup was undercooked, all the vegetables were hard and crunchy. They also try and shove their app down your throat so they can sell your data and make additional $$$.Seriously, they make their staff part time salespeople trying to get you to download the app."

"choose somewhere else to eat. i’m kind of appalled at the lack of management and training here. husband and i paid almost $40 for two try two meals and a drink. they charged us for more expensive sandwiches than we got, as well as “soup mix ins” which was $2 !!!! for cheese sprinkles!!!! i understand overwhelm but this is ridiculous. we were backed up in the line for about 10 minutes while it’s usually two or three any other day. the soda machine was also flat and we weren’t given any sense of urgency to replace it. also no refund on our $4 drink. the strawberry harvest salad had maybe five tiny strawberries in it. the plates and bowls were also visibly grimy and dirty. i will never ever come back."

"This review is about the Zupas ordering experience. While the employees did a good job managing the dinner rush, the way you order is very ineffective. You first or salads or sandwiches, then you move down the line to order soups. Then there is a section for deserts and then you have to tell another employee everything you ordered again so that they can pull it off the counter (where it has been sitting since you ordered it) and then prepare a tray for you and then you pay. By the time we sat down our food was cold and items that had been made for us had been pulled off the line by other employees and then we ended up with incorrect items and we were missing food at check out. They made everything right in the end after visiting the counter 3 times but it seems like there could be a better way. In the end the full salad was the same size as a half salad and the rest of the food was ok."
