"Omigosh! We were so happy to find Bajio was still here. There used to be one in St. George and we were so sad when it left. The food here is just as good and the staff is very friendly. Y'all need to open one in St. George. St. George is growing and y'all would be very successful there. The other two restaurants that are similar do not hold a candle to Bajio. Please come back!"
"Bajio's Mexican Grill's sweet pork burrito is a flavor-packed delight. The perfect harmony of tender, sweet pork, coupled with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of spice, makes it a go-to choice. The generous portions and quality ingredients showcase Bajio's commitment to a satisfying Mexican dining experience. The sweet pork burrito at Bajio's is a definite winner for those craving a delicious blend of savory and sweet in every bite."
"Bajio is a good place for good food. It may not be the very best Mexican food you've ever had, but it's filling, tasty, and satisfying. Quick, friendly service is the norm. There isn't anything wrong here and a four star eating is good from me."
"Bajio is another Americanized “Mexican” restaurant. It’s a similar style/concept to Costa Vida and Cafe Rio. The flavors are much more unique though between the three. I usually order the their Green Chile Chicken enchiladas. they throw them on the grill so it is always hot and not just “sitting.” I think it’s very unique compared to the other two. The flavors overall have a little bit of spice and use a lot more pepper than others. I love that they offer two different types of rice. I really like their Mexican style rice. It is yummy. Overall the food is delicious and hot. It’s very consistent so that is nice to know what you are getting when you come. The downside of Bajio….definitely the most expensive compared to the other similar restaurants. They also lack a consumer rewards program. So between those two…it’s a real bummer that there isn’t as much return and incentive for coming back. If they added something similar to cafe Rio/costa Vida I think I would eat here a lot more. Overall, a great place to go. It’s different flavors than other comparable restaurants, but feel like it’s good quality food."
"The chimichanga is pretty legendary. The nachos were great. They had a ton of stuff on them. The only critique I have is a thicker chip may be better. The chips are great for salsa, but couldn't were too delicate for all the nacho toppings. Or maybe get the chips on the side."
