"I had the lengua burrito and it was AMAZING! The beef tongue was cooked to soft perfection, and the flavors combined wonderfully. The tortilla withstood the test of juices and made it through to the end intact. They used Monterrey Jack cheese, as far as I could tell, which melts just wonderfully. I'll definitely be coming back!"
"The food here is excellent! I enjoy the beef tongue quesadilla! Once you get your food there is a cart with tons of toppings like onions and sauces ranging from the guacamole salsa to the habanero salsa. They also have a lot of good bottled drink options. If you’re look for good authentic Mexican food, this should be your stop."
"Very good food! I almost felt like I was eating in Mexico. Was very busy but I got my food quick. Lots of taquerias are just so so but this place is really good!"
"There are a plethora of places to eat in the Provo area; however, this is one that you should definitely visit! The food stands for itself as authentic Mexican cuisine. In addition, they had a nice selection of help-yourself fountain drinks including sodas from the heart of Mexico. My only [small] complaint is that there wasn't a mild Pico de Gallo selection on the salsa bar. The friendly young man who took our order let me practice speaking Spanish with him. The kitchen was set up such that you could see the cooks preparing the flavorful dishes. My wife and daughter both had the Bigoton and they were impressed with the amount and taste of the meat on their tacos (2 tacos each of 2 different meats). I had the Al Pastor Burrito with sides of beans and rice. We also shared a side of fresh pineapple. All were delicious!"
"Came for lunch and I hate to admit that it wasn’t memorable. It pains me to say! The tacos were okay, tortilla was good, toppings were also plentiful but the star of a taco is the meat and that’s where it was lacking in flavor. Something was missing, the sazon of a taco when done right is unforgettable and that’s the thing is these tacos were forgettable. The horchata was good the Jamaica was too sweet. We ordered a side of rice and that was probably the best food item we had. If you’re looking for place that can fit lots of people, open on Sunday’s and tacos at a decent price this is a good spot to go for."
