"Absolute train-wreck of a place. It takes 6 months or more to get in to see her. The phone number listed on MyChart does not work. They do not respond to appointment requests through MyChart. First appointment they used the wrong billing code and it took me over a year to get a $1200 bill fixed. She kept my birth control on a month-to-month renewal (for unknown reasons) but took weeks to respond to pharmacy requests for refill. So, I was late taking my birth control every month for 5 months (which wrecked my system and balance). Today I show up for my appointment and they tell me she has to leave and to come back. I explain that I have another appointment and they swear she will get me done in time. So, I wait in the lobby an hour until my new appointment time. They call me back, I get into the robe, and I sit there for another 45 mins. Then they come in and tell me she is still gone and I need to come back later…again. I understand emergencies happen but that is unacceptable. I waited 7 months for this appointment, I had to drive all the way out to BA because her office by me had no appointments, and then they ask me to leave and come back twice in one day…all after refilling my prescriptions late every month and screwing up my hormones. 30 miles driving back and forth and over two hours of my time wasted just today. I am done with this place. They are so unorganized and inefficient."

"Words cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Christian. She has been working with me for over the past 2 years with my issues and recently had a surgery that went very well. Her care and attention to detail are extraordinary. She truly cares and gets to the root of your issue. I highly recommend her."

"So glad others are speaking out about this unprofessional woman. She pressured us to induce the baby almost a month before due date due to slightly elevated blood pressure. We fought this tooth and nail. One afternoon we got a call from her highly incompetent nurse saying we were late for an induction we never scheduled. What!? We later found out she induces almost all babies not because medically necessary, but it’s convenient for HER. We did need induction a few days before due date due to BP rising, and she came in the room yelling and screaming because we wouldn’t let her break water without an epidural, and that we were making her late for her vacation. You can’t make this stuff up. We reported her and st Francis did nothing but cover for her bad behavior. We may report her to her licensing board."

"Amanda Christian was a wonderful doctor. She’s is very cautious and helped save my baby’s life because she was in respiratory distress in the womb and she new exactly when to do a c section. Her nursing staff was also wonderful and very caring. However, the secretaries in her front office are rude over the phone and in person. They definitely need to work on their tone and attitude towards people. Not just me but others I see it as I wait in the waiting room. However, I will definitely be using Amanda Christian again and try to look past her grouchy inconsiderate secretaries."

"Dr. Amanda Christian is one of the sweetest and kindest Dr. you’ll have. She is very professional yet personable and will try to meet your needs the best way possible. She explains things in details to make sure you understand when you aren’t too familiar with things or any concerns. I also felt like she was more concern about my health than I was with my gestational diabetes throughout my pregnancy. She goes above and beyond for you to be as comfortable with the procedures she was doing. Also Susie the RN nurse was exceptional throughout my stay. She was my Labor and delivery nurse and lucky for me the following day she was also my nurse at the postpartum dept. She made sure I felt right at home and always kept checking on me for all my needs (definition of a true nurse). Only thing I wish for was for the Epidural Dr. to take his time. Over all I had an awesome experience at Saint Francis South with all the rest of the staff members as well. I would recommend all my friends. Thank you for the awesome experience. Mimi"
