"Garbage. I've tried to patronize this place multiple times. Either the food is old and gross or they just flat out don't have it. I've been told twice that they aren't allowed to make anything else after 6pm. So... if you're eating at 7:30, your food has been sitting out for a minute. Went today, 6:03pm, and they're out of white rice and can't make more... Thats like McDonald's running out of fries. Don't waste your time comimg here. Nobody cares about their job at this location anyway. So, just let it flounder and close. Maybe they'll put something decent in its place."
"I have tried meals from this particular location at least 3 times since they opened. Waste of time. The food has been old. The veggies tasted soured, the steamed rice is dry and crunchy like it sat out uncovered all day. Very disappointing. I keep hoping it would be better. The drive-through team seem nice enough, but the quality of food here is not good, not fresh, and not cooked the same as other locations."
"The manager Emily was absolutely rude. I’ve never been to a Panda where the manager did not want to give us fresh food. The Rangoons were old and cold. I asked for fresh and she argued with me. Then my daughter’s orange chicken was hard, cold, crunchy, and the sauce had dried. I let the gentleman know at the counter and even he said it looked bad. Then she came over and said well it is fried. So condescending and rude. I will not come back to this place. No wonder they were not busy."
"My least favorite Panda Express. First of all it's hard to get to from highway 75 if you're unfamiliar with the area, lots of construction going on both on the highway and off. The food wasn't tasty at all. Orange chicken was just slightly warm and dry. The Beijing Beef was not warm, hard, dry, and tasteless. Rice was good. Even the water had a terrible taste."
"I thought fat food restaurants on 1417 would be convenient, it’s been a disappointment. The worst service and worst meals I’ve had from fast food in many years. Tonight I got chow mein and orange chicken, orange chicken was good, but the chow mein had 80% lettuce and celery, 20% noodles."
