"This is the first time back at this location due to food and service being poor. I placed an order and dog gone if it wasn't messed up again. I ordered a whopper and got a burger in a bun with nothing else. I will NEVER darken the door of this location again!!!"
"The area is kinda sketch, building/lot is run down, but I’d rather go here than any other chain fast food joint in Sherman. You pay for what you get, order is always correct, and food is decent quality and hot. During most visits the staff are friendly, other times they are monotoned (in the sense they aren’t friendly nor unfriendly, just doing a job) and I respect that; I’ve never had a visit where the staff was rude to me."
