"Update: water issue has been fixed after talking to support, just stay on top of your filter changes! Water is great now. Old review: Water here tastes awful, has the last three times I've been here and it used to be fine, sodas use the same water too so they taste bad. REPLACE FILTERS OR SOMETHING it's gross."
"Food was pretty good. It's a chain restaurant. The server was thoughtful to my mother so I really appreciated that. But the host lady was not as nice. Idk bad day? Or restaurant was getting busy? Gave my 2 yr old a booster that doesn't hook on anything to a chair (not a booth) and it slid off and he fell to the floor. I went and told her he needs a high chair for a regular table because it fell off and he fell the ground. She didn't seem to care. She was just didn't really say anything and went and grabbed the high chair."
"Server was nice, she did her best. Food was mediocre if I’m being polite. Not the worst. My biggest issue is how disgustingly filthy it was. I need to go home and shower and change. My sneakers stuck to the floor. I don’t think the floor underneath the booth has ever been cleaned. Trash everywhere on the floor. Table was so sticky the sleeve of my shirt stuck to the edge. We had to sit on our napkins because the seat had stuff all over it. Will not be back to this location again."
"Just ones opinion, we arrived before the rush around 11:15 am Saturday morning. We ordered the chips and dip for starters. The chips were served warm and chewy stale so I informed our waitress who then brought out another order of fresher stale chips, of course those were returned. I ordered a grilled cheese and fries. Fries were cooked perfectly and grilled cheese was still cold cheese on warm bread. Needless to say sent grilled cheese back but ate my fries. lol. My husband ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad and it was served perfectly. Also please note the filth of our booth that rapped all the way around obviously left from Friday night. The Manager was made aware of the issues but never came out to confront any of the issues, very poor management. Also why do you sit children in the bar area?"
