Very authentic food and atmosphere. *I had to update my review with pictures. We drove 40 miles just to come back again for lunch. The tamales were extremely authentic and the best I've ever had. "We were on our way back from a trip to Yellowstone and decided to stop here. I like to find small places that are not chain-owned to try. This place has some of THE best food I've ever had. If you're on the fence about stopping this is your sign to do so. Everyone here is super nice and enjoy talking to their customers. There were 7 in our party and we all ordered something different to try and we agreed ALL the food tasted amazing! Quesadilla de Flor de calabaza, gorditas, pozole (not the canned hominy), the costillitas in cacahuate sauce. Everything was super tasty! Their salsa macha is to die for. If you stop here enjoy!"

"Tried a new place tonight! It was a local shop that tasted really good! I ordered 2 chicken and 1 steak enchiladas. The flavors were very yummy and fresh. Two things that would’ve made it perfect: if it came out a little warmer. Food was just a little cooler than I like. Second, wish I had more rice! Just would’ve liked a little bigger portions. Still, very yummy place. The best thing about the dinner was the friendly, over the top service. Very welcoming, accommodating, and absolutely wonderful people there. They were so kind and checked on us throughout our dinner. Wow, I would come back just to visit with and be taken care by these people. Thank you so much! It was great to visit. We will back."
