Café Zupas

"First timer here. After seeing an Instagram post, I decided to try Zupas. I downloaded the app and ordered a Korean Bowl - easy peasy. It was ready, 8 minutes later while I waited in the parking lot. Took it home and enjoyed every bite. I'll be back soon! Thank you!"

"I imagine the food would actually be really good and we got people on a off day. They ran out of rice and my husband begged them to scrape whatever they could into my bowl. When the server made my bowl (as well as my husband and daughter's salad), she'd put only 2 or 3 pieces of each veggie on it. For me, the taste of the dressing was good, but there really wasn't much in it. Again, I think it was an off day and I would probably try it again. I think my husband liked his sandwich."

"Food seemed like it was thrown into the bag. I'm not trying to act like a Karen but the Zupas employees could probably try harder and do better."

"The food here is worth the effort. I stopped by for lunch. The parking lot is way too small for the store. Not one parking stall available. Had to wait five minutes until someone left. Inside, however, was fine. Open tables. Busy, yes, but not as busy as parking would suggest. The only other negative critique is the app. Said five dollars off if you allow push notifications. Allowed them but no five dollar discount. Also, ordering on the app while in the store takes MUCH longer than following through the line. Luckily the food is fantastic! Roasted red pepper soup and grilled cheese is so good. It makes the effort worth it... Occasionally."

"Zupas is so stingy with their salad toppings. Their mango berry is so good but a large is $11.00 and you’ll get two handfuls of lettuce 1 strawberry cut into fourths, 6 blueberries—if you are lucky and 1/2 Tablespoon of mango cut into tiny squares. See the photos. Mostly you just get lettuce. I think they should stop giving out chocolate covered strawberries or whatever sweet treat they give out and add some toppings on their salads."
