"Our smoothies were lacking flavor. My Bahama Mama had very little strawberry or pineapple flavor, it was like drinking water with a hint of strawberry. My husband's banana Chai was missing banana taste. Our food was OK. One of the staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there though"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. I dropped two of my smoothies right in front of the door on my way out T_T , but they were quick to help me clean up and re-made both smoothies for free. Nevi and Syd, you guys were heroes today! They did forget the bacon on my mango bacon brie flatbread, though, which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars."

"We love the Island green smoothie. Every time we are in town we come to get one, which is actually 2 because my hubby & I both get one. This time our smoothies came out very flat and tasteless. We both treated them several times and we agreed it wasn’t like they usually make them. So I went back in and asked them to make them again. The sweet gal working at the counter made new ones and they tasted MUCH better! Very happy I went back in and they turned out very tasty like usual!!!"

"We recently discovered Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Las Vegas and decided to try this location. I'm starting to prefer their smoothies over their more mainstream, well-known competition, and they have surprisingly good food options; sandwiches and such. The biggest downside during our last visit was the order accuracy. Out of the 4 of us getting smoothies and sandwiches, I'd say a solid 50% of our order was incorrect. None of us are picky enough to have brought it to the staff's attention, but it seemed rather odd that so much of our order would be incorrect. The staff consisted of a handful of friendly, chatty teenagers with no clear leadership present; not saying that's a pro or a con, just an observation."
