"Came in this morning with a couple friends, we each requested Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, to which the employee Sarah said they didn’t have any. There were several loafs of Italian Herbs and Cheese visible in the warmer. As I sat down, I overheard another employee ask Sarah about why there was so much bread in the back and not out for use for customers, as HE got out Italian Herbs and Cheese for another customer. Sarah said she wouldn’t get it out because it’s too much of a pain. Then, upon eating my sandwich, I found one of her hairs in it :/ Just pretty yucky."
"Came in, and asked for an Italian Herb and Cheese, despite seeing a lot of them, the employee Sarah told me and 2 others that they didn’t have any. She then complained that I had coupons. After I started eating, my colleague found Sarah’s hair in her sandwich. Bathrooms were also filthy."
"Will not be coming back to this location. We pulled up to the drive thru to order and the guy told us just a moment which was fine but that moment turned into 14 minutes. They were helping customers inside who got there after we did and made us wait. I try to be understanding since they were both teenagers but it really comes down to poor training by their manager. Don’t work in a field that requires customer service if you don’t know how to treat customers."
"Worst experience I’ve had with subway wouldn’t come back to this location..a young girl was making a sandwich me and another customer stood there for a couple minutes asked if we can get some help the girl replied that they are focusing on online orders first and we needed to wait a young man started helping me I asked for my bacon to be toasted separately looked at me with such a mean face sighed heavily and told me he had to go to the back to get a tray to cook the bacon dropped whatever he was carrying to the back and kicked it across the floor behind the counter he came back to help a different customer and approached him with WHAT DO YOU WANT instead of hi welcome what can I get you they definitely need to be retrained to find a different job my sandwich was absolutely beyond messy doesn’t even look good to eat just plain messy definitely wouldn’t come back here unless it was a different crew"
"My visit to subway today sure was one to remember! I ordered curbside but went inside and got in line (due to past experience) anyway. I sat in line for more than 30 minutes. People in front of me slowly left, and door dash drivers came and went (without food). There were only 2 young teens manning the store and they were both throwing tantrums to some degree. One was mad because there weren't any meatballs for someone's sandwich and instead of explaining that he would need a few minutes to prepare more he started shaking and throwing stuff while exclaiming "THERE'S NO MEATBALLS". The other (probably the manager (if you could say that)). Was arguing with people in the drive through and had several people hang up on him. They then told me how they were both autistic and only kids.. Anyway, I finally got my 2 subs and since I was the last one in the store after this ordeal I asked if I could have a bag of chips for my trouble, the manager said "I don't care about this place, take whatever you want". To summarize, the franchise owner of this location should be ashamed of himself. Two obviously troubled teens should not be left in charge."
