"I used to work here and I absolutely love the pizza, always will. But it's just gone very downhill in service as of late. Very slow workers and a general unawareness of orders and customers. I had to wait 40 minutes for 1 pizza when there was no line. I love this place and I believe it can do better. Heck I know it can do better cause it used to"
"I tried calling about 10 times and no one answered the phone. I finally am able to get over there in person, well before closing and they tell me they already packed everything up and won’t take my order. I have worked in food service and know that’s not how it is supposed to work. If you are open, you serve people. And if you have a phone, you pick it up."
"It's frustrating when you're told your order will be ready at a certain time, so then you show up to pick it up at that time, and then it's not ready.. Not only did I wait for almost 45 minutes, including 20 in my car. On top of that, the staff seemed unsure what they were preparing, I assumed that everything would have been listed in the ticket? I have the confirmation of what I ordered, why don't they? And it wasn't just one pizza, there were multiple items that I had to tell them I "still do not have".. after all that was done and I got home I realized I was still missing part of the order. I understand the place was run by teenagers, so you really can't expect much. I rarely write reviews, I'm hoping this helps others know what they can expect. If a manger or corporate sees this I'd appreciate a refund, I even tipped??"
"I pick up pizza most every week, and I frequent this location. I am rarely ever greeted (and by that, I mean I'm ignored not even acknowledged even standing at the register for several minutes) at this location. I have walked in when there have been up to 5 employees out front, no one says anything or offers to find help momentarily. Just ignores. I have had issues with my plan ahead online ordering here being ready at the selected time. Who is the manager here? Even teenagers should be expected to have baseline customer service skills - like saying "hello", or "we'll be with you in one moment", etc. I would not hesitate to go to another location if it was on my way home from work. Let's work on friendly skills, smiles, and work ethic, PM! I know you can do it!"
"Papa Murphy's is another restaurant that will continually take online orders (including payment) even when they're unable to meet the timelines. I put in an order that should be done at 1:00. I arrived around 1:00. There's a line about 15 cars long, and over an hour wait to get my food. This isn't even a dinner rush. If they have too many orders... they should not take any more orders *Update* I got my food at 3:37. A bit over 2.5 hour wait for a call ahead order."
