"Worst. Sonic. Ever. The staff is horrible. They get our order wrong every time. And they don’t know how to make their dirty sodas. They tell us we have to ask for it with the sweet cream when the sign says the dirty sodas come WITH CREAM. They fight us on it EVERY TIME. I’d rather drive farther to get it done right. Incompetence."

"This was rough. We haven’t been to Sonic in years. It is my son’s Birthday and he has a cold so decided to give sonic a try again. The “jumbo popcorn chicken” was dry and the tenders were nothing like what is in the picture. I understand product supply is tough sometimes but $34 for 2 people to eat for lunch at a fast food place is shocking anyway, and for the food quality to be so bad is sad. To top of the very low quality food, it took a very long time. Enough time 2 cars behind me left after ordering! THE ONLY really great thing about this visit was how nice the staff was at the drive through."

"I swear, this Sonic is so fast. I ordered my meal and almost immediately after I finished paying they were bringing it out already. My food was good as always and the place was as clean as you would expect for an outside place. Even the garbages weren't overflowing. Shout out to the Sunday shift at 12:30."

"I used to love sonic, but my last three experiences here have been pretty bad. One time, they gave me a completely melted Sunday. I get if the machine is broken but please tell me that before I order. Another time, the mozzarella sticks were still cold on the inside. And most recently, I tried to order a slush with the sugar free peach flavoring, and the lady wouldn’t let me. And my boyfriend ordered a sonic blast with brownie, that’s what it said in the receipt, but then it didn’t have nah brownie in it at all. When we got to the window I felt really bad because it was literally just a little kid who took my payment. They woman running the ordering box struggled to communicate in English. It’s clear they don’t invest in their workers. I hope the franchise owner reads these reviews because this location really needs some love. I cannot recommend this place. I won’t be doing anymore than this to try and help the franchise owner."

"They just yeet all of your food into a bag and smash it all together. Super slow and no care taken for your food at all. Missing items from the order. The manager suddenly couldn't speak English when called about the missing food."
