Pizza Hut

"Well Pizza Hut has joined the disappointing club, with their heavy transition into the Shrinkflation mode. We got a 'Large' pizza which is really the size of the previous Small pizza. They used to have great pan pizza with a thick crispy crust, that is gone as well. It is now a hand tossed size, no thickness, no crispy edged crust. They tasted good but that is the only good point, sad, the pizzas used to be very good"

"1/15/24 order wasn't delivered as expected but store took care of it in around 30 or so minutes plus an extra pizza. I didn't ask or complain either so I was thankful for the consideration as a customer. Thank you Taylorsville Pizza Hut!!"

"The lady there was very rude & acted like she couldn't be bothered by helping me. I waited for over 5 minutes for her to come to the counter then she grabbed my pizza from the warmer & pretty much threw it on the counter as she turned to walk away then she told someone in the back to go cash out that order. I didn't get a thank you for coming in, a smile, nothing but attitude. Very unlikely I'll go back to that store even tho it's just right up the street from me. It's worth it to drive further to a different store for better, friendlier service."

"I have ordered from this location before and haven't had an issue, today must of been a special day... Made an online order for wings (16 boneless) and mozzarella sticks. I was given an estimation of 23 minute ready for pickup. I arrived 25 minutes after order was placed; and was told that the order would be ready in roughly 4 minutes. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an additional 10 minutes; after standing up and making eye contact with someone behind the counter they had checked my food and handed it to me. The food was lukewarm. It didn't cool down on the ride home, because i live literally across the street from the location and nothing was hot and ready. More like warm and old; I'd go back and get a remake of the order, but I am sure my microwave can heat it up better."

"The people that work at that location either need to pay attention, be trained better, or both! Their performance leaves A LOT to be desired as well as their customer service! I have tried to order from them 2 nights in a row and they have no problem taking my money but can't seem to get my order delivered or right for that matter and when I called to find out what was going on the staff was EXTREMELY rude! Both nights! Is that one of the qualifications to work there?"
