"This place has really gone downhill. The old order system was what made this place different from other pizza places. I ordered my pizza and given i had a long list off ingredients at least three of them didn't make it to my pizza. I didn't notice until I was home and by then it wasn't worth it to come back. My wife ordered extra pepperoni and had 4 total on her pizza. We waited a little over an hour for two personal pizzas because the line moves so slow. Not interested in coming back. I'm sure the new system helps save money but is slow and inconsistent. I would rather pay a few extra dollars and go back to the old way."
"Horrible service and extremely slow. Burnt the pizza, set it aside and forgot to remake it as we sat waiting forever. We finally just had to ask for a refund and eat somewhere else. The new ordering system of picking all ingredients ahead of time really slows the line. Workers are are poorly trained and very disorganized. We saw 3 other burnt pizza from other customers also waiting for remakes. Customer in front of us ordered gluten free pizza. Workers kept cross contaminating her pizza and had to remake her three times. This location is horrible, poorly managed, untrained workers. They should just close this location. Go anywhere else but here."
"Ernie was wonderful at fixing an issue we had with our order through Doordash. I highly recommend to order through the Blaze Pizza App and not through DoorDash. DoorDash said it would take them 24 hours to look into the issue and get back to us. Thank you Ernie! 1st picture is the one we got through DD 2nd picture was the one Ernie made to fix it"
"Good. I had the BBQ Chicken and I very much liked it. Staff was nice and helpful, they did run out of one topping but I won’t take a star off just for that. Overall I’d give it a 9/10. Retracting one point for having the AC on while it’s 47 degrees out."
"The staff are really attentive and seem to love what they do. The place has a modern atmosphere and the moment you walk through the door you get hit by the smell of the fresh ingredients and for how much you get for $20 when it comes to portion size and quality. I would say it’s quite worth the price definitely would recommend to anyone who loves pizza"
