"Burgers taste good, but don't look nothing like it does in the menu, looks like they put pressure from top to bottom, just looked awful. The price is the major thing, a burger is worth more than a whole pizza, add fries and drinks comes to 20 bucks plus tax. I hope they are paying the staff good. Anyway, if you don't care about spending so much at a fast food restaurant, this is your place, all I know that this was my first and last time coming to this place."

"I wish I could give a negative on the service. This was my first time at Five Guys. There is nothing worse than when an employee acts like he was wronged and is completely annoyed when a new customer visits and does not know the process. We did not know you needed to select each item. The employee was rude and he had an attitude with us. He literally gave us a dirty look when we said no ketchup. The food was fine. It was above average. We only ordered a cheese burger and a bacon cheeseburger burger and they messed up the order and gave a double cheeseburger. 35$ for 1.5 meals. And the worst service I've had in a while. Won't be back and regret that I came"

"Just paid $21 for a bacon burger medium combo. Last time I’ll step in a five guys. That’s insane. I always talked this chain up too, but I’ll def be hitting up in n’ out from now on. TWENTY ONE DOLLARS? For what? Lol. I know inflation is bad, but come on."

"Pretty much the same as any other 5 Guys, great burgers and fries with a decent amount of grease. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need! Service has always been good at this location. Can be a bit load when it’s busy. Free peanuts while you wait (as usual). This location has the touch screen coke machines - some like them and some don’t but soda is soda!"

"The burger options are nice, though for a burger they cost a bit more for your money. Is the good taste worth it? Try for yourself. I liked it but thought it was a bit excessive for a meal. The fries are freshly cut, thicker fries but a good medium for customers and can be a little messy. They cook food basically in front of you, but the cooks at this location let some messy burgers go out when other cooks would mention it. The chairs are a little high and lose their balance very easily. They are dangerous for anyone leaning forward to eat, or kids moving around too much. They have a quote in their restaurant about their fresh food, but it is presented as a quote from someone else unaffiliated with Five Guys entirely, not their own company saying so, which is questionable. The seating is a bit too close for comfort, as well. Overall a good experience despite those problems. I would go again but it's not very likely."
