Taco Time

"Taco Tuesday! The employees were amazing! The tacos were delicious! And the restaurant was cleaning and inviting. We had a very enjoyable time and left stuffed."

"Well, we usually go to the Taco Time in Bountiful, but we visited this one on a Saturday afternoon on our way to a home show. No one was there at lunch time which should have been a red flag, but we went anyway and ordered a dine-in order. Right as we entered, we heard rap music blaring and, I don't mind rap, but this was the kind that stands out with a lot of suggestive and explicit lyrics about sexual positions, devices, and derogatory names for women. And it was LOUD! By the time we ate and were ready to leave, there were two other couples there, shaking their head and commenting to themselves about the music's content and volume. We didn't say anything, but I hope one of the other couples did. If the music were less loud, maybe I wouldn't have heard the lyrics, but as it was, we won't go back. I'm no prude, but no one wants to hear that stuff when they want to have a quick meal and conversation at a local fast food restaurant. No surprise there was little activity at this location."

"This location is terrible at getting an order correct. Today was the fourth visit in a row where I had missing items. The first three times I made it home and had to go back to retrieve the missing items. This time I knew I had to check my bag and ask for whatever was missing. Two items were missing on this visit. One of which had to be cooked because it wasn’t just “overlooked” it wasn’t ever even made. My previous visit when I complained to the employee that it was the third visit with missing items I was just told “it happens, nobody wants to work”. I could understand if it was extremely busy or something but there was 1 person eating and 1 person that grabbed a door dash order while I was there. This time the excuse was “the bag is just small so I couldn’t tell if everything was there, but I thought it was.” It sucks. I love taco time, but it puts me in a bad mood. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it was once in a while, but 4 out of 4 times means it’s consistently a bad experience. It’s just unacceptable."

"Received the worst service here. Came into the lobby to order waited for close to 10 minutes to order. No one said hello to us or welcomed us, the man who took our order was extremely rude and never said a word to us once he took our order he took off to the back like he was angry. Don’t plan on coming to this location again after the service we received."

"It's exactly as Taco time should be taste wise, it's a throw back to simple good food only thing now is ...it's expensive AF so if your going for nostalgia of better times lol then yes worth it. If not then just go buy a steak and take it home. Your welcome."
