"I have always loved the curly fries at Arby's. I have given this location a chance, one time with old, cold French fries, maybe it's a fluke, but it's consistent. Today I got a classic meal and the fries were like cardboard and the sandwich was wet and slimy. Completely inedible. Never going back."

"We went to this Arby's after my son's football game. The sandwiches were so gross, we couldn't eat them. The meat looks like old and doesn't smell fresh or tastes fresh. Everything was gross. We ended up throwing our food in the garbage. It was a waste of money. My husband talked to them and they did not say a word Not recommended to anyone with kids. My kids didn't want to eat anything from there. We ordered fish strips for them and it wasn't cooked all the way. Putting negative review is not my thing but this one was so disappointing cause we spent a lot of money for our order and it was definitely a waste."

"*** UPDATE: A supervisory employee just called me within minutes of submitting my review. He was very apologetic and listened to my concerns. He thanked me for taking the time to leave feedback and assured me that they would speak with the employees about this misunderstanding. I’ll be honest, I was very surprised to hear from him and so quickly. That has never happened to me before ever leaving a review and I am super impressed. He clearly cares about his business and customers. I would definitely give them another chance. *** Don’t try to use one of their coupons here, they will treat you very badly. The customer service was just awful and they also lied to us several times regarding our order. At one point they told me crinkle fries cost more than curly and I would be charged more for ordering them when their large menu board, directly behind them, clearly stated otherwise :/"
