"We had Costa Vida catering order. Olga delivered it and set it up. It was great. We had guests that had to have gluten free food. She was very careful when setting up the food. It was great! The food was wonderful."

"I'm giving some stars for the flavor of the food - the rice and meat had excellent flavor. The staff themselves were friendly and seemed to work well together. However, I'm pretty disappointed in everything else and the cost of over $18 did not match up to the value of what I should have gotten. I ordered inside and was dine-in. First off, the gentleman who put in my refried beans literally poured it over the side of the tin foil, causing me to not only lose food that I paid for, but made it difficult for me to unwrap the quesadilla on their table without making a nasty mess. Second, the refined beans were watery. It looked like slop you'd give a piglet on a farm. Third, my quesadilla was ordered with shredded beef, which was not distributed nearly evenly nor did it have enough beef inside of the entree and to make matters worse, it wasn't cut all the way through or evenly. It looked like a small child went at it with child safety scissors. The rice portion is hard to tell, but it was small. The pictures taken of the food was before even a single bite was taken, but I was so taken back by the small portion of rice that I compared it to a spoon for reference. The floors in the entire restaurant and the bathrooms were in desperate need of a sweep, and the bathrooms had not been checked in on or taken care of in some time. I walked into the bathrooms completely a mess, with toilet paper on the floor which had feces all over it. I don't feel like this restaurant gives you the quality, presentation or cleanliness to warrant that much money."

"I went to costa vida through the drive-through a few minutes ago 11/17/23 at 6:03pm and got 6 little quesadillas, a sweet pork quesadilla and a sweet pork burrito and on the burrito I asked the girl if they can give me the chips instead of because the pico de gallo because I don’t like it and she reply to me telling me that they can’t do the change I was asking for!!! And guess what!!! they give me pico de gallo with my burrito and no lettuce. For things like this is that I like Cafe Rio better because I feel they have better customer service and they do give me the chips if I ask for the chips instead of the pico de gallo. This people that work in this Costa Vida are rude they have a bad attitude."

"Visited on the 3rd of November and ordered a veggie salad. I was given a chicken salad instead. I called and requested a refund and they said they would take care of it. I called 2 more times after that and still haven't received it. I just called again and was hung up on Update: just received a refund of 8.94 but was charged 12.44 for a salad I couldn't eat WOW I am also now missing all of the rewards I had been saving on my account. $24 worth and almost hit $28. The customer service here is terrible and dishonest Edit to add receipt proof since I called again and was told they had proof I was only owed 8.94. They said I would have my points added back but I will leave this all here until they resolve the issue and apologize for the terrible customer service and for arguing with me about what I was charged."

"The Food was Great, but the service is usually slow! Our food was seriously so good. Nice and fresh with tons of flavor. But I'm not gonna lie, I just don't know what takes so long to make food that is in a line! This restaurant chain and Cafe Rio both just take so long. The food is usually worth it but it is not a quick place to eat. Just be aware"
