Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Absolute molasses in the winter. I thought they were starting the cooking process to create the bagel from scratch shortly after I ordered it took so long. I could’ve taken a cooking class and made this at home by the time my order was complete. Then to add insult to injury, my order finally comes up, and what do you know? The two iced coffees I also ordered at the same time weren’t even started. As you could probably guess, those took almost as long. No joke I waited an additional 20 minutes for an iced coffee. You try and ask so you can plan out the rest of your week knowing your Saturday is torched and you just get, sorry we’re pretty busy. Normally that’s all fine and well. But I’m frustrated the drink didn’t come out at the time my food did. 25 minutes after ordering it. No joke."

"I would say that the majority of the people that go out to eat, buy for the experience. Going to this place today was disappointing. It looks like they had just thrown everything on it and barely missed. It would be awesome if whoever made it put a little more care into their work."

"I usually don’t leave reviews on places but I usually go to the Herriman location. I’ve tried going to this location Twice now since it’s closer to my home in riverton. I paid $3.00 for extra brisket and they pretty much cheaped me out of it. I also asked for an Asiago bagel with my Texas brisket sandwich and they charged me for it. But when I’ve opened the bag I still get the regular jalapeño cheddar bagel . This has happened to my order twice now and I hope it gets addressed incase people have food allergies"

"The vanilla and the caramel iced coffees are very good, especially if you like your coffee sweet. The avocado toast is usually really, really good, but the bagel wasn't toated this time. I didn't know I had to specify that I wanted it toasted. Kind of a bummer but still good."
