"We were at this end of the valley and wanted to try a new place. We ordered a large combination so we could have leftovers. We boxed it and brought it home to throw away. I honestly don’t know how anyone could say this food was good. It all had the same taste, no taste, not flavor, just bland and awful. Even the cheese had no taste. Of course we won’t go back and it was only one meal , so we let it go. I wanted to go around to the 4 other tables with people and tell them if they want incredible tasting Mexican food, to go to the other end of valley on 3500 South and try Silvestre’s . Roast beef in your tacos and each dish is authentic and delicious. A really wonderful experience for true Mexican food."

"These folks have something special here. The chili Verde burrito is by far the best in the nation. I've tried others' chili Verde and always end up comparing it to the gold standard of La fountain. There is a very clean and friendly atmosphere, and the food comes out quickly. Since moving from Utah to the midwest, I have truly missed the Wednesday special (also served any day of the week). That's a little tip for the scrupulous observer. I now buy a gallon bucket of the Chili Verde when in town and ship it home. It is a small price to pay for perfection. If you find yourself nearby, do yourself a little favor and go in for a Wednesday special, any day of the week. You work hard, and you owe it to yourself."

"Very yummy Mexican food and they have one of the best Chili Verde at this restaurant. Its always low key and fast service and they have 2 kinds of salsa for different tastes. Make sure you get a side or smother your food in the Verde sauce!"

"Very delicious food. The staff was friendly and the food came out super fast but the quality wasn't sacrificed. We got the steak fajita smothered burrito and a shrimp chimichanga. I would say the salsa could be spicier though, but I do LOVE spicy food. My cohort doesn't have was extremely satisfied with the salsa."
