Reviews
"not great. Ramen was cold and the broth is really not good anymore. This use to be my favorite ramen in the whole valley. The quality completely just went away also took away several food choices. Cant recommend anymore at the price offering."
"This place was great, I was surprised by the amount of mediocre reviews. I’d honestly put this up there as the best ramen I’ve had in Utah, and I’ve been to most of the ones here. I got the spicy ramen combo with gyoza, and wow. The broth was spicy but not intolerable, super creamy and flavorful, and the gyoza was perfect. Looking forward to coming back"
"Been on a ramen adventure since moving back to Utah. Silverlake is fantastic. Really good broth. Everything was really good. Super friendly staff. I will be here again. The gyoza was perfectly crispy. Just 5 out of 5 for sure."
"AMAZING!! Located in the new district area near the fountains and cinema and it’s just a beautiful place for a nice day out. Ordered the Garlic Truffle Ramen and my date ordered the Blaze Ramen, I think the Blaze was a bit spicier than I had anticipated but it was good! I much preferred my Truffle Ramen, the broth was incredible and I actually drank it unlike when I go to most other ramen places. A bit pricey, but the portion is quite big. Would recommend!"
"UPDATE I gave this place another try and omg I'm glad I did. This time I tried the regular karaage bowl and it was so tasty. The ginger and green onions made it! The portion was pretty big and it only cost $9 or so. The person working there was super sweet and friendly, too. They even gave my kiddo a juice box for being polite. I think I just caught them in a bad day the first time. I'm looking forward to trying their ramen again. Wish I would've caught the employee's name so I could give them a little recognition, though. ORIGINAL REVIEW This place is literally located in a food court which isn't bad but I was expecting a stand alone restaurant. It was an okay bowl of ramen but it's definitely not worth the $18 price point. I ordered the shoyu on fire with tofu. The heat was good, the chili oil was tasty but everything else was just okay. The tofu was cold & raw, the 1/2 an egg was gray and kinda flavorless and there was a big chunk of lime in it. It's like they tried to slice a lime, the knife slipped and they were like "close enough"...the thing doesn't look bad in the picture but it was like 1/2 an inch thick on one side and a sliver on the other. Staff was busy browsing tinder when we came in, too. I mean whatever, but when you're at work and customers have to get your attention maybe put your phone down."
