"Wow chipotle, just wow. I payed $12 for a burrito that was barely the size of my iPhone 14. Not iPhone 14 Plus, the normal size. I had access tortilla folded over double the size of my burrito. I was left hungry after finishing the stupid thing. Never coming back to this location again. What a scam. Fix your portion sizes."

"This place is staffed by zoomers who could not give less of an f about their jobs. It is shocking the ways they manage to mess up your order. They have literally never once given me the correct tacos, they once gave us a dripping quesadilla with just rice and salsa because they “ran out of sofritas” and didn’t bother to ask if we wanted a substitute, they add lettuce only to one of three tacos, they can’t cut a quesadilla into triangles to save their lives, the portions are always inconsistent. I mean just mind blowing. Where is the manager?? And they do not care when you tell them they messed up your order. They have lost chipotle so much money with all the refunds we’ve gotten."

"When you order on the app don’t forget they will take much longer than when you ordered. I had to wait an extra 7 minutes to get my food and could see the employees just standing there through the window. They have zero haste. It was completely dead inside as well"

"This Chipotle totally stiffed us on the portion size for this delivery order. I wasn’t in the store to watch this be made so they know they can get away with this type of behavior. I called to discuss but they would never answer the phone. Then I did a chat through the Chipotle app, where I was told that the store would reach out to me to resolve, but they never called."
