"We always go to Spanish fork Costa vita. I noticed the last few months they have new manager. The food portions have been cut in half. 30 bucks for two meals, extra dressing and a large drink? Very little rice bean or meat, left hungry..... Never going to that location again. Cafe Rio is just as good and a great option."
"Overall this location is pretty good, but the drive through is a struggle, especially if you need any customizations. They often forget items, and the last two times they weren't able to get the order right (small things like "tortilla on the side", "no cheese, no pico" on a salad). Update 12/5/23: This time the drive through gave me a pork burrito instead of chicken. Up until today I've been going inside to avoid order inaccuracies. Drive through still struggling."
"The food was great, store was clean but service was extremely slow. Usually very fast service but sow. They had 1 kid cleaning trays at the cash register and not helping customers and the line for to go was backed up and the order que was also. Only 1 cashier and workers screwing around in the back. Come on guys get to work!"
"The customer service was excellent! Our food was delicious. A friend of mine treated me for lunch yesterday, before we headed back home from a fun day of shopping in Spanish Fork. It was my first time m e eating at Costa Vida. I will most DEFINITELY be back again and will also bring my mother, who loves to try different places to eat whenever we have our trips over the mountain visiting family and friends."
