"I have never been so deeply unimpressed with a McDonald’s Restaurant. This location is consistently the slowest, most understocked, and least professional McDonald’s I’ve had the misfortune of frequenting. In the times I’ve purchased food here, I’ve experienced: - Ice cream machine (like most McDonald’s) “broken” frequently - could only serve Powerade as a drink - Fries are 4/5 times not fresh, and clearly been under a heat lamp for God knows how long - Drive-Thru wait times of 20-30 minutes. I so wish I was exaggerating this. - Served melted, liquidy Shamrock Shakes. When asked for new ones or a refund, was told by a witchy manager that was how they were supposed to be. We went to the McDonald’s in Springville and lo and behold, they were actually MILKSHAKES and not melted mint juice. - Ran out of ketchup packets - Missing entire entree items, failing to include basic ingredients like ketchup, etc. And these are just the most recent offenses within the last year. I’ve found Im so much better off going to other fast food restaurants or even driving to another McDonald’s location in Springville, Payson, or Salem if I just have to have a McDonald’s Coke or Big Mac."
"I bought two Big Mac in the drive thru, for my kids and one of them has two long hairs in it, I call the restaurant and I told them, I hope they do something, how can we trust on them when we use the drive thru???"
"I bought hotcakes and sausage and the did not give me my sausage. The one thing I wanted and most important part of my meal. This was not my regular McDonalds so by the time I saw I was way too far to go back."
"Mcdonald's is Mcdonald's. Our young kids love it, so we let them enjoy it every once in a while. It was a fun experience getting the new Kerwin Frost happy meal. It brought out the young kid in me. The only thing that I wish would change for this location is the wall decor. It screams trypophopia."
"got 2 mccrispy's for $10 JUST for chicken and buns. I dont know if they upped their prices but they didnt always cost this much. Got nothing else that was supposed to go on them or what I asked for.. Order accuracy never gets better, only worse when its busy and hit or miss even when the drive thru is dead.."
