"I work for a company that has to use Aramark. With that said we employees have no say in who we use. As I have been with many companies and used many uniform services this is by far the worst in returning uniforms. I have a fellow employee that went 3 weeks with only the jeans he had on. 3 WEEKS...... they have put stuff on tickets that were never delivered and things we have never ordered. This is the second time of only bringing 1 shirt for the yard. Not 1 per person, just 1. They are worthless in the service and should not be used if you can avoid it."

"No one should use Aramark, they charge items they never deliver, they never admit their mistakes and the local district manager first name starts M is absolutely rude and disrespectful to local businesses, who says is helping out but what he does is just wasting your time going around. Do yourself a favor , do business with some local linen companies who actually cares! File complaint To BBB and file lawsuit if this company keep doing business in the wrong way!"

"So I have had the worst experience with Aramark Uniform service. The did not pick up or maintain the uniforms in a consistent manner and when I cancelled the contract they charged me $300.00 for 3 pairs of pants that had holes in them. They were supposed to repair the garments but we couldn't even get the to replace a button. That is all."

"If you are in a job that requires you to wear a uniform, and there are a lot more of them than you would expect, this is a great place to go to get those uniforms. Not only do they have uniforms for all the different professions, they can also make sure that they get cleaned and properly pressed and return to you so that you can wear them at work. It's a great service."

"We called Tuesday 7-18-17 to inform Aramark we did not get shop towels on our usual Friday run. The gentleman on the phone was wonderful. However we NEVER received a call back on our inquiry from our Rep.. We were told there would be towels brought to us. Didn’t happen. Not even a call. This is one of many times we have had issues that NOTHING has been done. We have been charged for uniforms that we did not have in regards to what we rent and what is returned to us. I am not sure where the break down is but there is one somewhere. Our driver is here today and I will thoroughly check to make sure we are serviced but we should not have to do that. What our driver picks up is what should be returned to us. That is not the case. Ultimately in the end we ALWAYS have to pay for uniforms at a RIDICULOUSLY HIGH rate that we never received back. I cannot WAIT until our company changes uniform services. In all of the years I have been in this type of business. This is absolutely the WORST company EVER on customer service!!! THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
