"This is my usual go to for the famous bowl, but I recently tried their chizza.. super yummy until I got food poisoning. Some people I know said they got food poisoning twice from this location. Not sure how I feel about this place now."

"HOT, FRESH chicken wasn't what I was expecting! The location near my house needs help. THIS location does not! I've stopped at this location several times now, and each time, it's the same thing! Fresh, hot food! Even mid day, when it's slow, the food is fresh! Thumbs up to the management too for hiring nice, friendly people! The cashiers are young but friendly and outgoing! I thought I had accidently pulled into a Dutch bros coffee drive thru! If you, too, have given up on KFC...stop and try this location as you head north or south on I 15. Or, if you live in the area and don't want to cook! You won't be sorry!"

"This is one the best locations I have been too! The food is always good. BUT the service!! Is phenomenal. As a local to the area this is one place I can always count on good customer service, and a correct order. We don’t come here all that much, but every time we do, they are fast the food is warm. We have always gone through the drive-through. They are very clear at the speaker. They are very quick to approach you at the window, and very kind. Highly recommend this Payson location."

"Came here for some food yesterday (day after thanksgiving) My son and I got food poisoning from the chicken. They did not cook it well. And it looked like a ghost town when I showed up. Cashier was nice though."

"I’m so tired of Covid but thanks for being safe and careful. We didn’t realize that the dine in wasn’t open until we went inside and they are only open for pick up except at the drive through. The manager stepped up and accommodated us although we would have gone to the drive through. Great service and thanks for helping."
