"I was very disappointed with the lack of bacon on my BACON hamburger. Service was fine and location was clean, But disappointed with my meal."

"The staff was Amazing and Especially this Sweetheart cashier that gave my Daughter a vanilla frosty for free because I didn't have enough $! And that seems so simple but when you don't let your children down because of the kindness of strangers you can't find that or at least it's very rare anymore and my daughter said that I should marry her because she was such a sweetheart in other words it just meant so much to her and obviously meant a lot to me just a small things make such a big difference in this world thanks to my amazing stranger and thank you to Wendy's for being pretty cheap price wise and obviously hiring quality people!!"

"We used to never have problems with this location but recently whenever we order the bacon double stack biggie bag we get no bacon on it. I pay 1$ more for the bacon and yet to get it 3 times in a row. Cold fries and the fries won’t even be filled all the way we get about half a fry"

"The service was the most horrible I have ever been treated by a fast food chain. The manager was very unresponsive and rude to me when I was coming in to get my order that was messed up by doordash. They acted like I wasn't there and would not have an adult conversation to handle the situation. They were very unprofesional in the way they handled it. The manager had even hung up on the phone when I had called trying to figure out what went wrong. This manager should not have their position if this is how they handle it. As well another worker while i was talkong to them asking for a number to call to get this handled above the situation had used profanity not directly at me but at the situation. This was very unprofessional and not ok and there needs to be some change about this."

"Sticky floors by the drink stations but I'm sure they will get it soon. They got the order correct which is always a relief (speaking as a mom with kids). Everything else was clean and we didn't have to wait in line at all."
