"Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and the food is delicious. The service is incredible. If they are out of something they will always offer you a different option and they are so nice and catering to you just tonight we went in and they were out of fries so they hooked it up and got us mac & cheese and mashed potatoes and free desserts. They are the best in Payson!!"

"I never write reviews on here but honestly if you want Popeyes do not go to this location. We have been here 2 times and both times the order is not even what we asked for. This last time we handed them a coupon for a specific meal that had two crispy sandwiches on the coupon. We got two grilled crappy chicken sandwiches that were actually hard to bite through. The time before we asked for regular sandwiches and we got two spicy ones. We filled a complaint and got a free meal so we decided maybe it was a fluke. We went in and and the manager actually took the order to make sure it was right since the district manager told them to make sure it was correct.... Well it wasn't yes the chicken itself was good but there were no sauce and pickles and they never gave us our drink cups. I'd think if you boss asked you to make a specific order right you could handle it. So like I said this is the last time I'm going to the Spanish fork outlet. Do yourself a favor and go to another one because I've never had an issue outside of Spanish fork."

"Went through the drive through at 5 pm 4-5 workers and everything was out. We ended up asking for something else. A family pack and get home to have 1 fork in the bag and two honey packs for a family pack? I don’t know, our first time we went it wasn’t bad, but this was prime time for dinner when they should have had anything ready, and maybe I missed the rush but it wasn’t busy. Just me and another car through the drive through. Also we ordered rice and beans, at least I think they come together and got home and have no beans. We said rice and beans and were not corrected."

"The server was incredibly hard to hear and was annoyed that I asked them to repeat what they were saying. We have been there many times before and the food has been good but this time we got 2 meals a side of fries with one of the meals and a side of Mac and cheese which was a few dollars each. There was like enough fries for a small child and the chicken was also tiny, like I though one of the pieces was fried skin. I also asked for some bbq sauce and ranch and there being 2 meals I assumed they would throw in 2 of each but nope they gave us one ranch and one bbq. Needless to say we will probably not be returning. Here are photos of the food as proof"

"Did an online pick up order tonight and both the employees and the manager acted as if they had no idea how to run things. They were out of alot of things we ordered, gave wrong sauces, forgot our fries, the coleslaw was completely rotten and smelled horrible, the biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks, and every shrimp that i had in my box was burnt and not cleaned properly. It was a slow night and we were the only ones there when we went to pick up our order, if it was a busier night i might be able to overlook some things but there was no excuse tonight. Out of all the things we bought the only edible thing was our drinks and mashed potatoes. Pretty pathetic! Super unhappy and will not be going back."
