"We went in an ordered the biscuits and gravy. The store has no pepper in stocks. I asked for the key to use the restroom, I'm a female, they gave me the men's restroom key. The lights were off (no switch in the restroom) so I used my flashlight on my phone, the toilet paper was literally the thinnest paper I have ever seen. I went to wash my hands, no hand dryer and the hand towels are in a power dispenser which didn't work. Terrible experience. Never go back to this Carl's Jr."

"0 stars. How is it that you charge .35 cents per sauce and since when? We stopped in and spent $30-$50 and when we asked for fry sauce and or ketchup we are told very rudely that it would be .35 cents a packet. We have gone here several times and never been charged for sauce. Your staff shouldn't be rude to customers. It was very disappointing. The food was dry and not very good."

"The food was good the people were nice. But the playground is extremely dirty. My kid wants to play but I hesitated to let him play. There is spilled grossness all over on the outside of the playground up inside the playground. They need to just take some sanitized wipes and literally just clean the playground. People are worried about being sick I am worried about my kid getting sick with being on the playground."
