McDonald's

"Everytime I come it’s some kind of wait. I understand lunch rush, but this is why preparation is necessary. I’m told to park in a spot and that spot is already filled by multiple cars. The lobby is full and has multiple customers coming in with receipts to fix orders. I want to go in and help at this point just to get my food and go. Don’t pull people forward if you don’t even have the spots to pull them. Focus on getting food out on time. If I’m going to wait, the food needs to be fresh."

"So usually I wouldn’t be so harsh to a restaurant, but we sat in the drive thru for like 5 minutes with no response and two different cars had driven away for this but we had placed a mobile order and couldn’t change locations or cancel it. We drove up and saw a man at the first window and after he looked at us (with an airpod in) he walked away. More than once. We went back around to try again, he was the only one with a headset on and was not answering, and we went to the next window this time and waited an extra few minutes waiting to even be noticed, (we did not honk so I’ll admit it’s harder to see smaller cars at night). But I’m literally waiting for my food still WHILE writing this. And I understand sometimes the food takes a while to get when understaffed for late night shifts. We just got our food, the fries aren’t hot (which again happens. As I’ve worked a McDonald’s before) we were there from 12:27 (I know because we were driving and I was checking to see if it was open). I’m just not exactly happy with this experience. However I’ve had previous good experiences here which is the only reason I put a few more stars than one. The atmosphere I didn’t know how to answer as I’ve never stepped foot inside since living in utah."

"I've eaten here consistently on my way to work for the past 6 months and every time my food has been hot and delicious and I've been greeted by friendly staff. This makes such a huge difference in the experience as a customer. Keep up the good work!"

"I would give zeros stars and I wish this review would go straight to corporate and shut this place down. The food looked and tasted like it was three days old and was literally thrown in the bag all falling apart and out of the wrapping. They didn’t get our mobile order correct so we had to go BACK and go IN to get help which was a mistake that made me not want to even eat the food we ordered in the first place. Half the employees were hanging out with their friends in lobby and there was old food and garbage everywhere! (YES, where they make the food too) Get this store some help!!! Side note: don’t order the Big Mac cups because they’ll just send it out in a McNuggets box like this."

"Always takes forever at this location. Waited 40 minutes tonight for a simple order. Hamburgers were smashed and gross after all that time waiting."
