"DO NOT BUY COFFEE HERE!!!! On 4 separate occasions I have gotten coffee with creamer. I get French Vanilla every time. On 4 different occasions it's been Hazelnut. I'm allergic to Hazelnut. Buyer beware"
"Poor customer service and unfocused employees. The two female employees working tonight were more focused on their own conversations then helping the customer. When I asked if the particular register I was standing by was open, she replied “do you see a sign that it’s closed”. Extremely unprofessional. I should have left my stuff right then and there and drove across the street to 7-11."
"It’s hard to write a review on an environment you use to love! The leadership here drowns the morale out of employees! You have a store director that sits on his rear end no matter if world war 2 was happening & watch the workers struggle while they gossip! The new kitchen manager is controlling and a mental nutcase as well as begin verbally abusive behind employees back! She milks the clock harder than I ever seen someone milk an utter and expect others to complete her work while she micromanages and talks down to them as if they are autistic! Please save yourself the misery and avoid this place all together the employees do a great job when holding this place down I can say they all deserve better! :)"
"This place sucks especially the store manager Brad. Don't work there...they monitor you (watch your every move on the camers) and they even have audio to listen to your private conversations. Pretty sure that's illegal. Cameras are for protection....not to play back videos and secretly watch and listen to your employees. This particular location and their management is terrible. NO wonder that place has a revolving door because it SUCKS and they can't keep any workers. Hope this place goes down."
"Great store. Super clean inside. Very Clean restroom. Love the Bon Fire food. Good prices. Friendly staff. Easy in and out. Good fuel pump area, can fill a large amount of vehicles."
