"They are constantly out of my prescriptions and today I was told I couldn't get a refill on a Rx that was filled on the 25th of Oct. until Oct 30th. In what world do 30 daily capsules last 34-35 days? Either they're liars or morons. Not too happy with them at the moment."
"Called before getting Adderall prescription signed to confirm they had medication on hand. They confirmed and invited me to send it over. Provider signed and sent the script. Pharmacy called to explain they would not fill because provider is in Provo. They then refused to send the script to another pharmacy who would fill it. Explained that I had one tablet left, and that my provider was out of the office for the next week. Begged for them to help. They refused, and essentially held my script hostage. Literally withheld treatment from a patient because somebody else in their company once made a boo boo with a controlled prescription. If this was such an issue, this should have been stated during the initial conversation. Ridiculous. Avoid this place at all cost."

"Would give 0 stars if I was able to! I think if the brands of medication changes the pharmacist should be required to at least tell u! They will just give u whatever they have, could care less if different medicines effect different people in different ways. Very frustrating... some prescriptions are very expensive and people prefer certain brands... they should at least have to make u aware of it. I was essentially told to deal with it they're the same thing.. how could they possibly know that if they don't personally take the medication.. oh that's right they wouldn't! I am not the type of person to complain about things very often but certain types of medicines are cheaply made and just flat don't work. Witch is why iim always willing to pay the extra for the brand that I prefer... Ive been coming to this location for a very long time and spent a lot of money here.. it's just not right!"
