"I had a wonderful experience working with one of the girls here, sadly I can't remember her name but last week I called to ask if they had dumpy tree frogs and she put me on a waiting list and informed me some were on order, then 2 days later she immediately called me as soon as they came in! She kindly allowed me to come in the next day and pick up two and was so friendly and kind the whole time when I was calling back and forth, now I have my two little guys all set up and happy and I can't thank her enough for helping me get my dream frogs!!"

"Updated when I first went into this shop it was amazing. Now it's under new management the entire staff has been replaced with attitude filled staff. They can't help answer questions and are always short with you. The whole vibe is off and uncomfortable. I think it's time to find a new shop for all my reptile necessities. Absolutely love our new addition to the family Lilith has been home for a day and is adjusting great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when trying to determine who would be a good fit.
