"If I could rate staff separately I would, but I can't so as a group they get 3 stars. The vet herself was awesome and I would give her 5 stars, but the staff were unfriendly and abrupt telling me what the vet would and wouldn't do even before we had been seen by the vet. We thought we were going to have to put our cat down and they were not compassionate at all when I explained what was going on. Thankfully they were able to help our cat and she is doing much better."

"I've been taking my dog to this clinic since he was born 6 years ago, and it was great at first. Then they started going through vet after vet, so it was a different vet every single time I went. Thankfully my dog loves strangers. Whatever, they were still providing care so its fine. Well, they've switched vets again and are requiring pets with known, well documented conditions at this very same clinic come back in to establish care again, a privilege that you get to pay $300+ for. Even though this is routine procedure at this point. Fine, I don't like it, whatever, my dog needs surgery. They then decided to quote me over $2000 for a simple cyst removal, quadruple what I paid for the same thing for the past 6 years. On a smaller note, my appointments always started at least 30 minutes late here. I like the staff here honestly, my dog too! But unfortunately unless you've got money to throw into the garbage disposal, find a different vet."

"The staff was wonderful to me and they were all very obviously animal lovers which put me at ease. They were very caring and patient with my very high alert, anxious void cat. She already seems to be responding very well to the meds for her infection and I’m excited to actually have a vet place I trust for my babies. Wish I would have heard and gone to this location sooner. They are very affordable and they do take CareCredit"
