They took care of the car we rented, which was parked at the hotel while waiting for the key to be shipped. Despite having a huge event and a shortage of staff, they even offered to arrange to drive the car back to the branch at the airport. Outstanding customer service!"

"We held our district meeting here and it was absolutely perfect! Sharlet, in sales, took wonderful care of us from beginning to end. She, along with her staff, made sure our room was set up and clean and the food was great and served with a smile! My employees cannot wait to be back here again for our next meeting! Thank you!"

"⭐⭐Won’t be returning I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel under my married name, but unfortunately, there were several aspects of my experience that left me quite disappointed. I feel it's important to share my feedback. Firstly, despite informing the hotel staff about my married name, they consistently referred to me by my maiden name, which caused some confusion and inconvenience. It would have been appreciated if they had acknowledged my request and updated their records accordingly. In addition, upon arriving at my room, I noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom that resembled urine. I immediately contacted housekeeping to address the issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken. The following day, when I once again brought up the concern, I was informed that my "do not disturb" sign was out, which was not the case. It was disheartening to see that the bathroom was only cleaned on the last day of my stay. To make up for the inconveniences faced, the hotel staff offered me complimentary breakfast and provided me with two coupons. However, when I presented the coupons to the waitress at the breakfast venue, she seemed unfamiliar with them. This led to an uncomfortable situation as she loudly questioned the manager about my entitlement to a free meal. The lack of discretion in handling this matter was quite embarrassing, especially since there were other customers present. Overall, the customer service I experienced during my stay was unprofessional and left much to be desired. The issues with miscommunication, cleanliness, and the incident at breakfast were disappointing and impacted my overall impression of the hotel. While I understand that every establishment can have its shortcomings, I regret to say that I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. I hope that my feedback can help the management address these concerns and improve their level of service."

"Very nice hotel, let us check in early with no problem. Like at noon. Very polite. Nice rooms and it was fairly priced. Last couple years I'd been using air b&b but I'm definitely back at hotels for the prices."

"This is the second time we've stayed in this hotel and both times it's been great! This was our stop for the night on our drive from Phoenix to Chicago. The hotel is quiet and safe while still being pretty close to the highway. Staff is always very friendly. The shower is hot with good water pressure. The bed isn't the most comfortable I've slept on, but definitely adequate. Theres also a ton of areas to charge electronics. We'll stay here again on our next drive-through."
