"I want to come back for another review specifically because my child left with a bump on her head and no range of motion on her neck and when I ask them to look at the cameras they basically just didn't want to. I talk to corporate two days later and apparently they lose footage after 2 days. Instead of using those two days to prevent further injuries by looking at footage they gaslight. Put these people out of business. Them and Angie (if still there) deserve it. Corporate deserves it. Don't put you kid into a place that's run by these people."
"They have 2.5 stars for a reason. My daughter attend this location last year while visiting her father. I live in Colorado and was an AD at a Colorado location, and had decided to let her attend this location while visiting her dad last year. Her father picked her up on several occasions in soiled clothing. Don’t get me wrong she shouldn’t have been having accidents at 5 years old, but keep in mind she is autistic. Their communication is absolutely appalling. I spoke with the director Angie in December of 2022 about saving a spot for my daughter while she went to visit her father in beginning in I believe March of 2023. I reached out in January of 2023 as I hadn’t heard anything back from Angie in regards to her enrollment. Turns out they in fact did not save my daughter a spot despite her enrollment like Angie said they would do. They also had zero recollection of me even submitting paperwork and couldn’t even remember who I was, and found out they lost her enrollment paperwork. They reached out to me several days later stating they remembered who I was and that they would make room for her in their center. Well they ended up putting her in a PRESCHOOL room. So children not even her age. I was grateful for the placement, but still frustrated. So we started off with a lack of communication and empty promises, loss of her file and then to top that off with her father picking her up smelling of urine or soaked on several occasions. But on top of that the center was poorly kept. However her morning teacher was beyond sweet and great at communication. So with little options we had decided to re-enroll my daughter for this summer while she visits her father again. So I reached out to Angie in Dec/Jan and she said they’d have space for my daughter for SR in summer. But I never heard back once again. So I decided to submit an enrollment inquiry. Well I didn’t receive a call back from them until today 3/6/24 and the lady who called acted as if I was a new family and zero idea what was going on. I explained the situation to her and told her it had been months since I submitted that inquiry and we had found care elsewhere. She apologized and asked me to keep them in mind for any future care. We most certainly will not and I told her that. I warn any and all parents to stay far away from this center."
"This is the worst daycare every my kids were abused and miss treated by the staff and the kids they didn't even care when My two year old was getting choked everyday but blames my son for it and said he was way to wild. I to contacted the regional director multiple times but she did nothing about it are you in contacted HR about how my kids were getting treated they still did nothing about it. DONT LET YOUR KIDS GO TO THIS DAYCARE. They are terrible"
"I worked here about 6 months ago, I was hired on and a teachers aid but the second day I worked I was thrown into a toddler class by myself, I became the teacher in EP and it was extremely difficult to get supplies for my classroom, had written down lists at one point and put it on their desk. If we received anything it was the bare minimum and we had to share with other classrooms. Management did not know how to manage and could not keep teachers for the life of them. Most teachers were amazing but most of the time it’s just parents who need a job while getting child supervision. I wasn’t allowed to do what other teachers were able to. I would not suggest taking your children here, children get swapped in and out of classes to let teachers go on break or leave. Never fully letting children adjust to their environment. Once I had a Spanish speaking student who I could not understand, I had told my managers and they told me to deal with it. Since being gone I have heard and seen multiple things going on with daycare center that I would never believe. I wish I was lying, but I really loved my job being with my 3 yr olds and i believe they loved me. I feel I was finally getting through to them and being able to have out routine and balance. I also tried to contact the director (Angie) multiple times for the number of the corporate and she ignored calls and texts."
