"Don't order the same item in different ways. They always fluff (but think bad word) it up. Let's take a bean burrito. One person wants it as it comes and one person wants it without the red (chili) sauce. They won't care and will make them all with chili sauce. If you order separate, then it seems to be okay most of the time."
"Food is decent, I walked in to ordereat and had 3 people standing in front of me waiting for service, no employees visible. After about 5 minutes of waiting, a female and male Hispanic employee walked from the back laughing. I have no clue as to what they were doing, but their customer service skills need some work."
"Stay away if you are delivering. This is the slowest place ever. Idk if they are mad at drivers are want them to not accept orders from here or what. 28 mins to 6 tacos. They wasn't busy at all. They just made sure the drive thru was completely empty before even getting on my order. I was 5 miles away when I accepted the order plus 28 mins there. To make 6 tacos."
"The smell of sewage hits you when you walk in, but I’m hoping the bathroom was broken or something. Once you walk into the area to order, the food smells start taking over. I almost left, but the food started over powering the sewage, so I’m still assuming it was a broken toilet. The food was good. Glad I stayed. I love Taco Bueno and I didn’t want to let that ruin it. The cashier was very nice and it was pretty fast considering how busy it was. Will stop again."
"A must stop...No keeosk!! Can talk live with a human to order...Prices are way cheeper than taco bell..Food is Muey Bueno!!! Very fresh!!...Wait time , nearly under a minute..There also fast..Very affordable, plus food is filling..Mgr is on duty, and Very respectful towards all customers..A.C. is on and very nice temp..inside.. loved it, first time in ages, However my business has been gained due to every reason Above listed....Goodbye, (Taco Hell) to the non human ordering system.. I do NOT, NOR EVER , NEED ANY MACHINE TO REPLACE HUMAN CONFIDENCE!!! EVER... TYVM Taco Bueno....your service, food, cleanliness and hospitality, go way above.. Would give 25 stars if allowed, unfortunately Google only allows 5!!!.. ..p.s...Bathrooms were spottless, plenty of t.p., as well as hand towels, and soap...Amen!!!"
