"I have been with this company since 2020 regarding property insurance. Every year they find ways to raise my bill based on the market in totality, and not based on my individual claims. I have never filed a claim with this company asking for financing or funds for any of my properties and also have made sure that each house that I’ve had under this policy had a new roof. 2 houses I had under this policy with new roofs installed and I still get the “we just can’t lower the rate for you” gesture. It is so disheartening to be a loyal customer and be treated like I’ve never done business with them before.
