"6 month telehealth - What a joke. I mean if you are looking for shady dr's or nurses to give you med's w/out any bloodwork or tests or even a face to face, and never check on you or return calls after leaving numerous messages, this may be what you need. A 6 month program. They have been charging me for a year. They wont return my calls, and now they will not reimburse me for the months of charges. I guess at least I finally got a text from the nurse after months of trying to reach anyone in the office. THX"

"I've been going to BA Diagnostics for several years now and have had a good experience. Dr. Jacob is quick to answer messages, tries to do the best for you as a patient and I feel like he listens well. He is never rushed and takes time for you at your visit. Sometimes, you do have to wait awhile, but it's worth waiting on, in my opinion. I have a few health issues and I feel like he is able to address them well and I feel like I am in great hands. All of the staff are friendly and helpful also."
