"The woman at check in, who eventually took my sample, was not pleasant; to say the least. I went in for a simple pre employment screening but was made to feel like I was a criminal. It wasn't so much what she said but how she said it. I felt like I was bothering her from the moment I stepped through the doors. If I ever need to use this companies services again I definitely will not return to this location even though it's less than 2 miles from my home. Really soured what I was hoping to be a great day."

"If I could rate negative I would. We were forced to use self check out even though the front desk woman was checking in everyone else normally. I can't help but feel it was racial. Everyone else in there was Caucasian and we obviously are not- we are native american. They skipped over us 4 times even though we were there 1st and wouldn't even check us in herself like everyone else. She also told us. "It takes two to draw a kid, we'll get him when we get him" The absolut unprofessionalism is unreal! She was rude, hateful and highly unprofessional. I have 3 kiddos and this time I had my autistic child with me. I've been here 3 times. And each time needed labs drawn and she was the rudest and each time was stressful blood draw! You could cut the tension with a knife! The woman is always on her headphones and didnt give to fudge about anything other than her paycheck. You could tell. We usually got the older woman but every time this woman- the one at the front desk- is always so hateful and rude. She would wiggle the needle around and get pissy when my child would cry or whine. We were the 1st ones there today. We were not able to go 1st. I witnessed FOUR walk outs.WE COULDN'T EVEN GET SEEN THIS TIME BECAUSE SHE WAS SO RUDE, SO HATEFUL AND DIDNT TALK TO US PROFESSIONALLY. BUT she did the other Caucasian women. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION."

"The lady that helped me was so unfriendly, not one smile the entire time I was there. She ended up being the person who drew my blood. It was so rough and uncomfortable and I bruised immediately. I had went here years ago and had remembered that it was a good place so I ignored the low rating. I won't do that again."
