"Super YUM! We stopped for lunch and had pulled pork Sammie and a plate with the pulled pork and tri-tip. Both meats were tasty and the sides were excellent. Enough to have lunch the next day, so a good value too. If you are driving thru, I say STOP and enjoy. Nice outside eating area too."
"What a great stop! So happy we decided to give this place a chance while driving by Pioche. Portions are fantastic. The BBQ sauce is ON POINT. Our group of 3 (and 1 child) opted to go for the hot links, tri-tip, and pulled pork with potato salad, corn, and baked beans as we compiled our own individual 2 meat - 2 side plates. Friendly service, cool lot, and incredible BBQ. Worth the stop if you're ever driving through!"
"This place is a well kept secret. It was recommended to us by another couple camping at the trailhead. All the food we tried here was obviously homemade.. My wife got the pulled pork platter and I got the 3 meat platter (pork/brisket/spicy sausage and it is spicy). There are 2 different kinds of beans in the side it is very tasty. The wife got the citrus salad and said that it did have a good flavor without overpowering you with the citrus like some do. The potato salad had a little zest to it and was firm not soupy. The portions are not skimpy. There are a number of signs on the outside of the bus that will get you grinning adding to the atmosphere. You can play a game of cornhole while you wait for your food, but it will have to be a quick one.. If you are anywhere in the Pioche area it is well worth the drive. We are driving 45 minutes back from the other end of the trail this week for round 2."
"BBQ is great, we had all three tacos with potato salad slaw. Food is better than many other places we have been. We'll be back for sure."
