"They offer shamrock shakes for a month around st Patrick's day, but you're lucky to get 5 or so because they always say their machine is broken. This has been ongoing for years. I don't think they should be offered if the either can't make them or just plain don't want to make them. F+"

"Sadly I was the first to order something that normally is working but the ice cream machine was down, so the staff quickly solved my problem (considering I had already paid) with offering me something else in place of what I had ordered."
"I eat here quite often with usually no issues but last week I had a couple of problems with my order. I was in there again today and the young lady from last week remembered me and very nicely apologized for the problem. I thought that was very sweet. Remember people, we all have off days at times."
