"Experience started off great, Kerry is a nice agent and tried her best, had constant issues with my policy and the payments being processed correctly. But I can’t say if that is an Kerry issue or shelter issue. Always responded promptly until after 6 months of the same issues I decided to end the policy cause of the hassles associated. 2 months later I get a collections paper saying I owed shelter. Tried to get an explanation on why I owed but couldn’t from the customer service dept, had to speak to sherry directly. Only she would no longer answer my calls since I was no longer a “paying customer”. The best I got was text and she only replied to one part. Super frustrating experience and 0/10 would not recommend."
