"I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. Ms. Theresa was soo kind to us. We had been on the lake all day long, were not in a position to drive home (2 hours away). I called her at 11:00 (PM). She made sure we had a room, checked us in and made sure everything was perfect for us. I am so appreciative of her and her excellent customer service. Thanks to her for being great."
"The only "good" thing this hotel has to offer is the full size fridge. If you are any race other than white or have children don't bother with this hotel. Teresa the on site manager is the most rude nosy woman I have ever met. She didn't even want my two small children at the hotel. She treated my family so bad. We came for work purposes and had extended stay but she did not want us there so we moved to another hotel in Denison. Terrible experience! The one star is for the fridge otherwise I would rate it negative stars."
"The room was gigantic! It had a couch and full-sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with enough coffee for two rounds! It was as clean as I imagine a lakeside motel could be. The woman who checked us in was great and recommended a fantastic restaurant for the catfish my boyfriend decided he had to have. Also, for a Saturday the rate was completely reasonable."
"I did not make it past the office manager. We live in 2018. I read reviews. When I see one stating there is a report of bed bugs, understandably I have questions. I ask to see the pest inspection certificate she claimed to have and to visually inspect before I book and her response is " I am not begging to rent a room." No, you aren't. However. My requests were not unreasonable. I am contacting the property owner because the office manager should not have a job with the lack of customer service skills she has. I gave this business the benefit of the doubt with their bed bug claim. You lost my business due to your employees attitude. If you book here expect to catch shade from management. Oh and I drove out here twice. Don't expect to see anyone prior to 2 pm"
