"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Customer service is non-existent and don’t call for assistance because you will get none. Dora should really find something that makes her happy, so that maybe she doesn’t have to be so rude and worthless at providing assistance. Dora no longer has a name and when asked for another Shelter claims office - her response was "I am sure you can google it" and a hang up."
