"Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to stay. Was planning on taking my Mom to the St Patrick's day parade. I noticed some of the bad reviews about the elevator not working. My Mom is handicapped and I wanted to see if they had fixed the elevator or could we get a room on the first floor. I called day and night for 3 days with no one answering the phone. I cancelled my reservation. Avoid this place like the plague."

"This was the worst Baymont I have ever stayed out. Upon arrival there was nobody around at 830 at night. When someone did show up they were lacking any basic customer service skills. We checked in, loaded up the cart and proceeded to the elevator. However, the elevator was out of order. The lady never said a word and just let us load everything up and head to the elevator like everything was fine. When we asked about another elevator, she said oh no that's the only one and it's always broken. "Can we have a fist floor room? Nope, they are sold out." There was only 4 cars in the lot. Now we take the stairs into the darkest room I've ever been in, put some more lights in your rooms. The safe was stuck open and wouldn't close, so we kept hitting it when getting in and out of the bed. The pool and hot tub area was trashed and completely torn up. The fitness area was also trashed. First vending machine was out of order, the next was empty. Both side doors of hotel were also broken and were propped open. The breakfast was horrible, they couldn't even get the waffle mix right. I rarely saw any employees at all."

"Great hotel and friendly staff. Stacy was very helpful and accommodating. Come here every year for work. Beds and pillows are comfy. Pool is closed but other than that it’s been a great place to stay when in town. Close to the maxeys restaurant for a good dinner."

"Resent fire damage still present. It smells like fire damage covered with something trying to mask it. Elevator doesn't work. Pool is closed. Probably both due to the fire.. none of it was disclosed to us beforehand. Worst stay I've had in a hotel ever. They also charged more than what was posted online."

"Beds are pretty comfortable and rooms are clean. A/C works great. No snacks or vending machines, they are all empty and out of order. I'm only giving three stars because the pool is a hazard. It is empty and under construction but also not blocked off so someone not being careful or overly curious and not paying attention could fall. Fitness center is mediocre. All in All, not a bad place to stop for a decent night's rest but absolutely NOT a destination! On a very wonderful note, there is a burger place about a mile away called "The Spot"! It's been there for years but is recently under new ownership. The food is phenomenal. Prices are good. The shakes are amazing. You have to try a burger with sweet potato tots and caramel dipping sauce. While the Hotel only gets 3 stars, in my opinion, The Spot gets an emphatic 10 stars for their excellent, "small town", fare!"
