"I asked to return a pair for a bigger size. She said the size was not in stock. I asked the associate if she could order the size I needed, she took a few minutes looking on a tablet, and then said no she couldnt. She processed my return of the shoes. I head over to a competitor (Journeys) for the same pair, but they didn't have them at all. However, they showed me how to place the order for the shoes I wanted online, for store pickup at Vans Penn Square. Awsome!!! I'm wondering why the Vans associate didnt know how to do this, or offer this option for me.... online ordering is the way to go."

"Thought I was invisible for a while there!! I was the only one in the store while the guy at the cash register and the other guy on the floor completely ignored me! I finally asked the guy at the cash register if I could buy a pair of shoes!! Unbelievable!!"

"I'm so glad we loaded up the kids on a Sunday and drove to the Mall to buy shoes. We get here to find this?? So there is so much cleaning that needs to be done ALL DAY on a Sunday which I would assume is one of the busiest shopping days of the week. I don't see any cleaning happening....just laziness on a Sunday taking the day off. Nice work, but that's ok, my money just went to another shoe store. I know....I'm a Karen...or Ken....whatever, but this is pretty stupid."

"I like to have that "little kid" kind of experience when I buy shoes. So when I drove from Tulsa to OKC when I could have just ordered them, you get the picture. Store was great. The location was inviting, even though it was jam packed. The staff was friendly and even though it looked like chaos with all the people there, I was able to get in and out quickly because the staff was on point. Thank you to Penn and Tulsa for being able to find these for me. A man must have his Gum Soles. Peace."

"I purchased shoes from them last week. I spilled something on them first time wearing them. I used the Vans shoe cleaner that they sell and it made the issue worse. I came in to the store and not only did they exchange the shoes for me, they provided me with the proper cleaner for no charge. I was very impressed by their customer service."
